Rabbi Saul Emanuel addressing the crowd at this mornings 911 memorial service at Lacolle Border crossing. Members of Homeland Security, Sheriffs, NY State Troopers, police officers, RCMP, & Canadian border patrol officers were present. We must all appreciate those that are in public service and that put their lives on the line daily for all of us.
