INHERITANCE

The Beth Din convenes hearings for cases of personal status as well as inheritance. As is often required by law in Israel, a document pertaining to a will, must be signed in front of a Beth Din (3 Rabbinical judges).

A charge of $150.00 is levied for this fee.
