Fun and inspiring evening with the Montreal Jewish Conversion program!

Amidst the glowing Chanukah lights, the Montreal Jewish Conversion Program’s offices on Decarie shone vibrantly! Forty-five of the program’s cherished rabbis, teachers, and students united for the annual Chanukah bash orchestrated by the dynamic program director, Mrs. Michelle Braun.

Laughter and warmth filled the air as students joyously connected in this lively, relaxed setting, bonding with both peers and mentors.

Welcoming the cheerful assembly, Jewish Community Council Director Rabbi Saul Emanuel set the stage, presenting presidium member Mr. Leonard Mintz, who stirred the crowd with a spirited public menorah lighting. Engaging addresses from Rabbi Chriqui, Rabbi Rosner and Rabbi Gottesman delved into current events, shedding light on the splendor of a Torah-centric life.

As the evening unfolded, guests mingled and indulged in a lavish dairy Chanukah feast, savoring every moment of camaraderie.

An exceptional treat awaited as program graduate and convert, Yoel Meir, graced the gathering, sharing insightful Torah reflections on the essence of Chanuka. It was an evening brimming with wisdom, connection, and celebration, leaving every participant enriched by the experience.
